Mike Nelson, owner of Techeffex, has been in the technology industry for over 25 years. Starting as a hardware designer in the telecom industry, Mike has spent his career working on the internet and global communications. In 2002, Mike recognized a shift in the local labor market and decided to apply his knowledge in the web design space.

Techeffex operates from a home based design studio. This results in tremendous savings in overhead costs which are passed on to the clients.

"I don't need to pay for rent, utilities and support services which means my operating expenses are much lower than some of my "brick and mortar" competition. I've considered renting office space but in the end, this seems like the most cost effective way to go."
